LEI1 on fifth floor gets small Topcon antenna PG_A1 with ground plane s/n 310-1091
LEI2 on third floor is switched with TOPC at roof center so:
Roof center is now LEI2 with Topcon chokering 3831905
Third floor is now TOPC with Topcon small antenna PG_A1 with ground plane s/n 310-1030
