Recovered as described, with additional notes. Turn south on dirt/gravel track just east of extension of Dillard Rd, which accesses dirt track parallel to hwy. Mark is about 10 ft west from east end of white plastic "3-board" fence. Mark is 0.2 ft below ground surface.
A red plastic cap that says "Caltrans control" has been placed over the top of the rod. This may have compromised the leveled elevation by a few millimeters. Caltrans has indicated they will remove the plastic cap.
