16.3 mi to the mark on the right at the east end of a pullout and an area with cattle pens with white-painted steel fencing and loading ramp, just west of a steel guard rail at a creek. About 130 ft ne of the CL of the dirt road accessing cattle staging area, 30 ft ne of CL of Hwy, and 10 ft sw of barbed wire fence.
