At about MP 3.95. From the intersection of Hwy 49/41 in Oakhurst, drive north on Hwy 49 for 4.0 mi to some residential driveways and the station on the right. The mark is 32 ft ne of CL of Hwy 49, 37 ft nw of the paved driveway for residence at 41305 Hwy 49, 95 ft se of CL, marked by a cluster of 4 mailboxes, for a two-track dirt/gravel driveway for several residences, the nearest (furthest south) being 41339.  It is 6 ft sw of a fence, and about 3 ft higher than the road.  It is in a 4x6 ft boulder which projects about 1.5 ft above ground at the southwest end.
