Recovered as described with the follow additions.
The exit on U.S. Hwy 101 is Blossom Hill Rd and Silver Creek Valley Rd. Bear right on the Cottle Road and IBM exit, and in the left of two lanes, go northerly and then northeasterly to Hayes Ave, a side road left.  Turn left and go northerly for 0.05 mi to the station on the right, opposite the AZ Rental Center before Hayes Rd curves west.
